Exciting improvements are being added to our website and mail system! Maintenance is currently in progress to boost email delivery and reduce spam issues. Some services may be briefly unavailable as these updates go live.
We’re adding an enhanced board meeting archive: the latest meetings will remain accessible online, while past sessions are being archived offline for easy reference. Plus, we’re adding direct streaming of board meetings on the website, so members can watch without relying solely on Facebook.
To make things smoother on the go, mobile-friendly formatting is being added across pages. Expect to see pages updating over the next few weeks as these enhancements roll out.

Election Updates
October 1, 2025Good afternoon members,
As you may be aware, litigation surrounding the MCA 2025 election has been initiated. This matter is currently before the court, and as such, the Directors may be limited in discussing specific details of the litigation. On September 25, 2025, the Court issued an Order affirming that the sitting Directors prior to the 2025 election are the valid and active Directors on the Board until any further Order of Court or the litigation is resolved.
We want to assure you that the Board is committed to maintaining the status quo and will refrain from making any substantive decisions pending the resolution of this litigation. Our primary goal and priority remain to ensure a safe and positive environment for ALL of our members. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Should you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to reach out to your section rep directly . However, please understand that due to the ongoing legal proceedings, there may be limitations on the information we can provide. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

By-Laws Ballots Due
July 28, 2025
The By-Laws ballots for the Members in Good Standing have been delivered to the Slippery Rock Post Office.
The ballots need to be hand-delivered to the office by July 30th or postmarked by July 30th to be counted towards the quorum.
A Member in Good Standing means you do not owe any money, including late and Rule violation fees. If you are not a Member in Good Standing, you can become one by paying your balance at the office. Since there are only a couple of weeks until the ballots are due, I recommend taking care of it as soon as possible.
